Mark's thesis project focused on the dendritic cell - T cell axis, and utilized high throughput screens and in vivo tumor models to better understand how we can leverage adjuvants to improve cancer vaccines. He also served on the leadership team for GRO-Biotech, Mount Sinai’s biotechnology club. When not thinking about science, Mark plays saxophone in a band, and likes to spend time in the great outdoors. His favorite inspirational quote is: "Sometimes science is more art than science."
